Caring For Women, P.A. was founded in 2001 and has since grown into the most diverse and advanced Ob/Gyn private practice in North Texas. You may choose care by Physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives or Women''s Health Nurse Practitioners, all of whom are Board Certified. We have a nationally certified Ultrasound/Sonogram technician in house using the latest machines to provide 3D and 4D images. CFW also offers in house Bone Density analysis which may be scheduled same-day to make the most efficient use of your valuable time. If you would like a mammogram the same day as your visit at CFW, there is a facility on campus you may contact to schedule an appointment.
Skilled in the most advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques, the providers at CFW offer many in-house surgical procedures with Board Certified Anesthesiologists at the bedside if needed, including:
- Endometrial ablation for heavy periods using Novasure and Thermachoice techniques
- Birth control with Essure, Implanon and Mirena/Paraguard IUD
- L.E.E.P. for abnormal pap smears
- Hysteroscopy (pictures of the inside of the uterus) with D&C for removal of polyps and fibroids
- Bladder leakage evaluation with urodynamics testing
